Return Shipping:
We don’t currently offer prepaid return labels. You’re welcome to use any shipping carrier you prefer. Please note that return shipping costs are not reimbursed, so we recommend choosing a trackable shipping method for peace of mind.
Partial Refunds:
Refunds may be issued in full or in part depending on the amount of product used, the time elapsed since purchase, or the condition of the returned product. Refunds for opened or heavily used products may be reduced accordingly.

Shipping and Fulfillment
Orders are processed promptly and shipped as quickly as possible. While shipping times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions, we aim to provide timely delivery and clear tracking information so you know exactly when to expect your order.
Refunds may be issued for orders that have not yet shipped, for orders that have been successfully delivered, or in the rare event that an order is confirmed as lost in transit or experiences significant delay.
We are unable to issue refunds for orders that are still in transit, unless the item has been confirmed as lost. Additionally, orders with incorrect shipping information entered by the customer are not eligible for refunds.
